How to shop in the store?

 

1. Orders are always fulfilled after the prepayment has been noted, made on the basis of a pro forma invoice received via email. In special cases, we allow a deferred payment date, i.e. a so-called transfer invoice. However, we never send orders cash on delivery, because these are marked goods.

 

2. Fulfillment usually takes from 3 to 10 working days from the moment of noting the payment and accepting the project. If you are interested in a specific implementation date, please contact the order manager and obtain an e-mail confirmation of the selected date.

 

3. Please remember that the realization of combined orders involves different production lines, so the time of implementation of individual elements of the order may vary. If the order is sent as one package, it is necessary to set one, sometimes more distant deadline.

 

4. The most important principle of an order accepted and forwarded for fulfillment is the customer's acceptance. We send you a finished project and always ask you to make sure it is correct. Our graphic designers are not responsible for the correctness of the texts or errors that occurred during data rewriting. A project accepted with an error will be printed and a complaint will not be accepted.

 

5. When sending data for the creation of the project, please take into account the specific product. If you have ordered a pen, please remember that it has a small space for printing, so small details in complex logos may, due to technology, be flooded.

 

6. Please pay attention to the quality of the data sent to us for the execution of the project. Let it be the best quality data, if possible, formats intended for printing. In this way, we will avoid losing valuable time when processing the projects.

 

7. Before purchasing, please contact us about the possible availability of the color in the selected model. There are situations when the stock is out and information about this does not have time to appear on the website.

 

8. Shipping by post office is a cheaper option, however, for technical reasons we send this form of shipping only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you want your order to be delivered quickly, it is worth adding to the courier delivery, which is delivered the next day in 90% of cases.

 

9. If the delivery address is different from the one on the invoice, please make sure to include it in the order.

 

10. Parcels not collected by the customer due to their absence at the indicated address are re-sent at their expense.
